Shipping Policy

1. GENERAL

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await the restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

2. ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once the order is successfully placed, you will receive the following notifications via email: –

3. ORDER CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order by emailing us at – info@organicskincare.com. Order cancellation will only be accepted before the shipment has been dispatched. Once the order is cancelled, the refund shall be initiated, and it should reflect in your account within 48 business hours. Made to order items cannot be cancelled.

5. TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International Orders are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis

  • This means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties.
  •  As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in.

6. DISPATCH TIME

Orders are usually dispatched within 10-12 business days after payment of the order. The estimated dispatch time may vary from product to product , ready item can be dispatched within 5 business days from the time of placing the order.
Our warehouse operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum. Due to high volume of orders during the sale, there might be a delay of 5-7 days in dispatch.

7. SHIPPING RATES

  • Shipping costs will vary depending on the item purchased, as well as method and location of delivery. The final shipping cost for your order will be available on the Payment Page after you have entered your shipping address.

8. HOW MUCH WILL I BE CHARGED FOR SHIPPING?

  • Shipping costs will be calculated based on the packing requirements, size, weight and destination of your shipment.

9. ARE THERE EVER ANY ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES?

Yes, in certain cases there could be additional shipping and handling fee if the product is excessively voluminous or heavy or if it needs special care while transportation.

10. SHIPPING TIME

  • Shipping times will vary depending on whether the item is in our ready stock, or made-to-order. The expected shipping date for each item is available on the product page.
  • A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships.
  • Items that are in stock are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Items that are made-to-order or customized will be commissioned by you when you place your order, and therefore will take longer to produce and ship (Typically between 3-4 weeks)

11. TRANSIT TIME DOMESTICALLY

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 7-10 business days.

12. TRANSIT TIME INTERNATIONALLY

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 2-3 weeks. This varies greatly depending on the courier. We can offer a more specific estimate once the order is fulfilled.
